Cornbread is great with soups, jambalaya, blackeyed peas, chili, bbq and as stuffing. We have been on the hunt for a moist corn bread recipe and this is it.
Ingredients:
1 can cream corn 14 3/4oz can (keep the liquid)
1 can of corn – make sure to drain the liquid
1 box of Jiffy Corn Mix
1 egg
1/2 butter stick
1 8oz Sour Cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch of salt
Mix all ingredient together. Bake for 25-30 min at 350 degrees. (Cook at 400 if double the recipe, and cook for 40 min.)
